We are situated on Kingswood High Street, (next to Domino's)

and are in easy access of the A4174 Ring Road, from the M4.

DO YOU OPERATE AN APPOINTMENT SYSTEM AND HOW LONG DOES AN APPOINTMENT LAST?

Bridal Appt: We recommend one and a half hours for a bridal appointment to sit you down and have a personal consultation and help and assist you with much advice as possible.

Bridesmaid Appt: We recommend an hour for this (if you require longer, this is possible).

WHAT ARE THE PRICE RANGES OF YOUR GOWNS?

Wedding Dresses start from £499 up to £1350.

Adult Bridesmaids start at £150 upwards,

Teenage dresses start at £150, (age 10-16)

Children’s flower girl dresses are £130 (age 3 -13)

We also stock a range of sale dresses where prices vary.

IF I FIND A DRESS I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ORDER?

With many of the manufacturer’s the order time can take up to six months from the date of ordering to arrive with us, so allow time for this.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY DRESS IN FULL AT THE TIME OF PURCHASING?

If you are purchasing a dress from the rail, full payment is due at that time.

If you are ordering a dress we ask for 50% deposit, and 50% when the dress is collected.

Payment plans are an option (if time permits) and this is to be agreed with the customer and Silver Bridals at the time of purchasing, please ask for details.

WHAT IF MY WEDDING IS SOONER RATHER THAN LATER AND I WANT A PARTICULAR DRESS AND THERE IS NOT ENOUGH TIME TO ORDER?

There are a couple of options available, we can find out from the manufacturer if they have the said dress in stock, or if the dress can be made within the short space of time, please beware there is usually an additional charge for this service on top of the price of the dress.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Debit and Credit cards (credit cards carry a % surcharge).

We do not accept American Express and Solo.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DRESS IS TOO BIG WHEN IT ARRIVES?

We will order a dress for you to your nearest measurements from the manufacturer, however you need an alternation we have seamstresses we can recommend to you. If this is required a seamstress will usually see you about 6-8 weeks before your wedding, Sarah Willmott along with Debbie Lewton are the experienced ladies that we recommend and are of a high standard, details for these seamstresses are available through the shop.
